In precision metal cutting process, metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper are used as key components in custom laser cutting here at Rex Industries. This CNC laser cutting facility offers high quality, precise and cost-effective sheet metal cutting solutions for a wide range of applications.
Plasma cutting is ideal for thick parts where laser cutting cannot be performed or either not economically feasible.
Flame cutting is one of the methods for very thick materials where plasma cutting cannot be performed any more, which is another main advantage, but this technique is limited to mild steel and some low alloy steels.
