CNC Machining

Rex industries is able to provide precision, speed, and repeatability

for production runs of products by utilizing the advanced technology of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines such as, 3,4,5 axis milling, Turn Mill with live tool option, EDM and wire EDM.

Your diversified product could be miniature or massive either it could be simple or complex, Do not worry, we have the capability of manufacturing any project with a tolerance level of ±0.01mm.

5 axis CNC milling enables us to machine 5 sides of a component in 1 single set up. This gives us a competitive edge when tackling components with tight feature relationships, avoiding the necessity of moving the part to another machine or re orientated by the operator which would be tedious and high-priced.
Another astonishing feature of our machines are the touch probes which operate for quick and accurate setting of the work coordinate offsets, which would be a value addition to our customers.
We have the capability of CNC turning with 4 axis live tooling. Hence, we have the capability to machine any cylindrical component with milling features in the X or Z direction without removing them from the machine.
This will ensure the retaining of dimensional relationships between features while reducing cycle /processing times.
Electrical discharge machining (EDM) burns any electrically conductive material, despite of nature of the metal; whether soft or hard. and has the ability to construct complex shapes without producing unnecessary stresses into the metal.
EDM services are the ideal and low risk machining solution for dies, molds, or any piece with tight tolerance with zero man hours involvement.
Wire electrical discharge machining (wire EDM) is a method that single-strand of metal wire acts as the tool-electrode and creates an intense electrical field of spark that erodes material with great precision with no physical pressure induced into the work piece.
Wire EDM is an ideal manufacturing process for high precision components with better surface finishes.
