Our Industrial use oil expellers are critically designed to extract virgin coconut oil, also suitable for other seeds to extract oils using extra nozzles. Care has to be taken while expelling the oil to ensure maximum oil recovery with minimum power consumption; the cake should not be burnt, proteins, vitamins and nutrients should not be damaged, colour fixation of oil should not take place, minimum heat should be generated while expelling process; moisture should not find its way with extracted oils, filtration should be in such a manner that no cake particles remain in contact with oil, thus FFA of oil should not be increased.

With vast experience of more than several decades in serving oil expeller manufacturing industry, we have thorough knowledge of expelling oil most efficiently from the oil bearing seeds namely-cottonseed, ground nut (peanut), copra (coconut), mustard, canola (rapeseed), palm kernel, sunflower, castor, linseed, sesame, maize-germ, cashew nut-shell, walnut, sheanut, kardi, tumba, neem & other oil bearing seeds/nuts. Special feature of this expeller enables cold pressing technique which delivers the excellent performance and continual usage. Internal parts which contact the extracted oil are made of using food grade stainless steel which assure the safety of the end product as well. This product can be used to extract either oil completely from the seeds or produce seed cakes for further processing techniques. For your convenience we have introduced in different capacities.
